This session was one of those dream sessions- you know, where the baby is extraordinarily happy, the family is super sweet and excited, their clothes are adorable and the sun is out! I couldn't have been more honored to photograph this family and to help capture this little guy on his 1st birthday!

It's no secret that I love photographing the beautiful light at evening golden hour. It makes my already incredible families glow and adds an element to the photos that just can't be reproduced in Photoshop. But did you know you can also get this amazing light in the morning? Yup, that's right! Anyone willing to come out at sunrise for their session will get to experience this awesomeness too (particularly more palatable when the weather is a bit warmer than the 18 balmy degrees we're expecting today!).
