I can't tell you how often I catch these sweet newborn smiles when their mama's hold them close. There is really nothing more precious.

It's no secret that I love photographing the beautiful light at evening golden hour. It makes my already incredible families glow and adds an element to the photos that just can't be reproduced in Photoshop. But did you know you can also get this amazing light in the morning? Yup, that's right! Anyone willing to come out at sunrise for their session will get to experience this awesomeness too (particularly more palatable when the weather is a bit warmer than the 18 balmy degrees we're expecting today!).

We are excited to announce that we will be offering mini-sessions again! This year we will be doing 3 dates- September 19th, October 24th and November 7th.
Sessions will be 30 minutes long and include AT LEAST 15 images, but usually many more. You will receive all final selected edited images from your session in a downloadable gallery within 2 weeks of your session. The session fee is $250 of which a $125 deposit will be due via paypal at booking to secure your spot. Your spot will only be held with the deposit and is non-refundable, but may be transferred.
Please see below for available times. When booking your session, please let us know your top 3 time slots, and we will do our best to accommodate you! You will receive a paypal invoice for the deposit after choosing your date and time.

Sessions will take place in or around the Fort Mill area. Each date will be at a different location. Please inquire for more information in regards to location.

Yes, it's time to start thinking about fall family photos!
Can you believe it? School started this week and September is not far off? Just the other morning I noticed that the 70 degree morning walk to my car seemed to hint at fall- I can't say that I wasn't just a little excited about it either! I think we've had enough 90+ days to last me for the rest of the year. Plus, my family still gets to enjoy one more beach vacation before we officially bid adieu to summer here in Charlotte. Ahh, I think this just may be my favorite time of year!
If you are thinking of scheduling family photos this fall- for Christmas Cards, or just to soak in all of that beautiful rich scenery, now is the time to do it! Fall is always the busiest time of year for family photographers, and we really aren't kidding when we say spots fill up fast. It always amazes me how I pack so many sessions into a few short months, but I would be lying if I didn't say that I really love the rush of it. The lack of sleep... well that's another subject. But there's always the winter for catching up!
